Ashland Springs Hotel
In the heart of downtown Ashland, sits the boutique Ashland Springs Hotel. Built in 1925, this historic landmark features elegant banquet spaces and amenities reminiscent of European style charm. Ashland Springs Hotel can accommodate groups of 10 to 200 for corporate meetings, conferences, retreats, luncheons, and breakout sessions, with over 5,700 square feet of event space. Our hotel includes an old-world inspired Grand Ballroom, light filled conservatory and palm room, and the Crystal Room featuring the original six-foot wide crystal chandelier. We attend to every detail and provide personalized service to ensure your event is a success. This includes our genuine hospitality and full-service catering featuring local farm-to-table ingredients from our award-winning Larks Restaurant.
Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites
Fully renovated in 2016, Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites is home to the largest conference center in Southern Oregon, with over 15,000 square feet of flexible banquet space. Located beneath spectacular rolling hills at the base of the Siskiyou Maintains, Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites is a 14-acre, retro-modern property that offers timeless design and can accommodate events of any size. Make an entrance through the elegant Constellation Hall to the Grand Ballroom, which boasts high ceilings with large beams, and beautiful drop-globe lighting for a striking atmosphere, and can accommodate up to 750 guests. For smaller meetings enjoy our Stardust Lounge, which features a starlit bar, access to the deck, fireplace seating, and can accommodate up to 140 guests. Enjoy the convenience of our on-site, full service catering featuring gourmet cuisine made from scratch and farm-fresh ingredients.
Inn at the Commons
Inn at the Commons is a full-service convention hotel located in the heart of downtown Medford, and offers 9,000 square feet of banquets space. The largest of our banquets spaces, the Grand Ballroom, features a 12-foot ceiling, an atrium, and can accommodate up to 700 people. Our two ballrooms can be separated into three smaller rooms and are perfect for smaller meetings. Our professional conference specialists are on-site to take care of all of your event needs, including full-service catering from our award-winning Larks Kitchen & Cocktails.
