Experience a distinctly Southern Oregon collaboration as a teaser for the upcoming Brine, Brew, and Barrel Festival! Hear from world-renowned fermentation experts Kirsten and Christopher Shockey, local to Southern Oregon. Join us on a culinary journey of discovery as LARKS Executive Chef Billy Buscher, showcases four unique courses, each paired with specialty craft beverages. An event celebrating the old traditions of fermented foods will surprise your senses and leave you craving for more.

A rare dining experience awaits in celebration of the 13th annual Ashland Culinary Festival. Join us for a pop-up dinner event featuring a top secret menu revealed throughout the evening. Anticipate five exquisite courses by Executive Chef Franco Console of LARKS Home Kitchen Cuisine. An intimate evening of fine dining and speakeasy atmosphere awaits in the historic Crystal Room.

Come for beer, cider and kombucha from the best loved and most innovative beverage fermenters in the region; stay for the DJ spinning throwback tunes from your younger years! A smorgasbord of culinary pairings by LARKS Kitchen & Cocktails will keep the funky party poppin’ through the night!
